Greetings!
Welcome to my blog, “More Than Conquerors.” My name is Joshua Stewart and I am a graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where I majored in History and Political Science (Class of 2017). I was then a public school teacher for two years, teaching Social Studies at the middle and high school levels.
After a two-year stint in teaching, I pursued a Master of Divinity at George W. Truett Theological Seminary, a degree I earned in May 2023.
Somehow, as I occasionally preach in various churches, God placed me back into the classroom, this time teaching high school English and ESL. I absolutely love what I do and the context for ministry I am in.
Almost a decade ago, I started this blog to encourage readers in their daily walks with Christ. As someone who is passionate about sharing God’s love for others, and as someone who absolutely loves lifting up those around me, I decided to start this encouraging devotional blog. So, read, share, and enjoy, and may God encourage you as you read.
Blessings,
Joshua
